⭐Welcome to Oak Class ⭐
Oak class is made up of 19 amazing children from Year 4 and Year 5. Our class teacher is Mrs Partington and we have Mrs Cozens on Friday afternoons. Here in Oak Class we strive to always try our best. We are a friendly and hardworking team who respect one another and endeavour to be the best versions of ourselves. We work hard to look after our classroom environment and we love to share all of the wonderful learning we do.
Autumn 2024 Terms 1 and 2
'Why must we remember?'
This term's learning enquiry is underpinned by three key concepts: peasantry, culture and civilisation.
Why is it important to remember?
Who rules/governs Britain?
Why is it called the Great War?
Why did it happen again?
Was it the same again?
How should we remember?
What happens now?
Please see our Parent Information for Terms 1 and 2 below for more information on all of the exciting learning we will be doing this term.
Our PE lessons are on a Wednesday and Thursday. Children are to come into school in their PE kit, which should consist of a white t-shirt, black bottoms and trainers, and long hair must be tied back. Earrings must be removed or covered with tape. Please also ensure that your child has a named water bottle in school each day.
At the bottom of the page, you will find useful links to TTRS, Spelling Shed and Topmarks for the children to support their learning at home.
